Terms of Service — Ads Direction

Effective: 12 May 2026 Last updated: 12 May 2026

1. The deal in plain English

Ads Direction is a weekly performance-marketing audit subscription for Indian D2C founders. You connect Google Ads, Shopify, Merchant Center, and Meta Ads via OAuth. We read your accounts every day. Every Monday morning we send a fresh to-do list: what shifted, what you shipped last week and how it landed, the specific things worth your time this week. When nothing's broken, we say so instead of inventing busywork.

We don't run ads for you. We don't write to your accounts. We don't take a cut of your spend. The product is purely advisory.

Pricing: ₹6,000 per month, billed monthly via Razorpay. First weekly run is free — no card required to see it. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can revoke OAuth access at any time from the dashboard. We delete OAuth tokens immediately. Already-delivered weekly runs remain available in your dashboard.

7. Confidence labels and judgment

Every recommendation carries a confidence label (high / medium / low) reflecting how robust the inference is. A grounding validator catches claims that aren't supported by source data, and an automated reviewer catches drafts with weak evidence density or ambiguous framing. No system is perfect — use your own judgment, and when you're unsure, ship the cheaper of two equally-recommended actions first.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be capped under Indian law (e.g., gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud).

9. Termination

You can terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your account at any time. We can terminate your access if you violate these terms (most commonly: submitting fake accounts, reverse-engineering, auditing brands you don't have authority over).

On termination:

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Delhi, India.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes (pricing, data-use stance, subscription mechanics) get 14 days' email notice. Non-material changes post here. If you don't agree to a change, you can cancel your subscription before it takes effect.

12. Contact

Reviewed against the current product mechanics on 12 May 2026. The data-use stance in §4 is locked architecturally — we treat it as a binding rule, not a marketing claim.
