Common questions

Why ₹6,000/month? That feels high for an audit.
It's not just an audit. It's a system that learns. Week 1 is a baseline; week 4 is sharper than week 1 because we've seen what you shipped, what landed, and how your account moves day-by-day. A one-shot audit is a snapshot — useful but stale within a month. This is a practice.
What's the deal with the annual plan?
₹54,000 for a full year, billed once. That's a 25% discount versus monthly (which would cost ₹72,000 over the same period), so you're effectively getting roughly 3 months free. The 7-day trial still applies — you don't get charged on day 1, you get charged on day 8, and if you cancel inside the trial window we don't bill at all. After day 7, annual cancels at the end of the year you've prepaid for. Pick monthly if you want to feel out the loop for a few weeks; pick annual if you're already convinced and want to save the ₹18,000.
What does the first week look like?
Sign up, OAuth Google Ads + Shopify + Meta, answer 5 quick questions about your brand, optionally drop in your logo + brand guidelines PDF + product photos. Monday morning IST you get your first complete audit — going back 24 months for full seasonality. The brand-guidelines PDF gets read by Vision LLM, not OCR; we extract your declared colors/voice/banned phrases and the generated creative pack respects them. First week is free. We charge ₹6,000 on day 7. If nothing in the audit is useful to you by then, cancel and we don't charge.
How is this not just another audit tool?
Three things competitors don't do. (1) Brand-drift safety — every generated ad/page/email is scored against the brand boundary you declared at onboarding before it reaches your dashboard. Off-category drift gets caught before it goes live. (2) Auto-detection of shipped recommendations — we read your account daily and tick the implementation box ourselves when we see your RSA headline match last week's recommendation. No checkbox tax on you. (3) The iteration loop — last week's winners become inputs to this week's creative pack. The audit gets sharper each cycle because we've seen what worked.
What about brand safety on AI-generated creative?
Every generated asset (ad copy, page copy, social, email, image) runs through a brand-drift validator before persistence. The validator scores against your product boundary, banned phrases, off-boundary keywords. Score ≥0.6 = rejected and regenerated. Score 0.2–0.6 = flagged but kept. Score <0.2 = clean. You see the score on each asset and a 'why this might be off-brand' note when applicable. If you upload your brand guidelines PDF during onboarding, the Vision LLM reads it and feeds the boundary into the validator automatically.
Will every week have new recommendations?
Not always. We use a hard threshold — nothing surfaces unless the estimated impact is meaningful and our confidence is high. When the threshold isn't crossed, the dashboard says 'your account is healthy this week' and shows you what we're watching. The frequency depends entirely on what's happening in your account, not on a marketing rhythm.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your dashboard. We default to letting you finish the cycle you've already paid for, then stop charging. No retention call, no friction.
Daily data ingestion — what are you actually pulling?
Read-only metrics: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS per platform per day. We don't read your audience lists, customer PII, or anything outside what your ad reports already show. Stored encrypted, only your own audits read it.
What if my account is too small for this to be worth it?
The math gets tight under ₹30,000/month of ad spend — at that scale, recovering ₹6,000/month means a 20%+ improvement, which is achievable but not guaranteed. Above ₹50K it becomes easy money.
